RETURN POLICY / 60 DAY GUARANTEE
Returns are accepted only within 60 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by Lola Products and require a “Return Authorization Number”. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid in the original cartons clearly marked with the return authorization number provided, they must be unused, undamaged and in sellable condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from original shipment, exclusions apply*.
The following return policy applies to all online orders purchased from this website.
- All item returns must include the original packing slip
- New or unused items in the original packing will be refunded the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. The cost for returning the item will be incurred by the customer
- Defected items will be replaced at no charge to the consumer, including shipping.
- Free promotional items or gift with purchase items may be returned, however, no refund or exchanges will be given. The cost for returning the item will be incurred by the customer.
Instructions to process a return online
Provide a brief explanation for the reason for your return. Include your email address, your order number, and the number you used to place your order. Once your information has been received and reviewed by our Customer Service Staff, you will be sent a confirmation notice and instructions as to how and where to send your return.
